Mixtape: Well, Take A Look At You Trophy Guide

Unlock the Well, Take A Look At You trophy in Mixtape. Clear The Run without missing a single jump or slide, including tricky bus and HVAC checkpoints.

Trophy Guide Intermediate Updated 2026-05-09

Well, Take A Look At You is one of the easiest Mixtape trophies to understand and one of the easiest to fail.

To unlock it, you need to clear The Run without missing a single jump or slide while rescuing Cassandra. The chapter is short, but several camera changes make parts of the route look semi-scripted even though you still need to press the correct input.

This guide breaks The Run into obstacle checkpoints. The checkpoint names below are based on scene descriptions, so follow the obstacle order rather than expecting the game to show these exact labels.

Timing Tips Before The Run

The Run is mostly a rhythm route. You are not just trying to reach the end; every required jump and slide needs to be clean.

Use these rules:

  • Jump slightly before most obstacles.
  • Slide only when the low gap is close.
  • Do not mash jump or slide.
  • Keep playing during camera changes.
  • Treat the yellow car, bus section, and rooftop section as active gameplay, not cutscenes.
  • Do not relax after the football field; the hardest movement comes right after it.
  • Jump slightly later for the HVAC unit than you do for the early fences and table.
  • If Stacy visibly stumbles, crawls awkwardly, or fails to clear an obstacle cleanly, assume the attempt is lost and replay the chapter later.

The Run Checkpoint Route

Use this table while practicing the chapter. The route is fixed, so once you learn the order, the trophy becomes much easier.

OrderCheckpointInputWhat to watch for
1Opening fencesJumpClear the early fences cleanly. Do not mash jump.
2HedgeSlideSlide under the hedge. Do not slide too early.
3Small low obstacle / birdhouse areaSlideSlide again under the next low obstacle.
4Scripted fence mantleNo input neededThe game can mantle this fence automatically. This is fine.
5House / drop sectionKeep runningFollow the route through the house and down toward the park path.
6Playground slide / low gapSlideSlide under the slide structure.
7Next obstacle after the slideJumpBe ready to jump immediately after the slide section.
8White picket fenceJumpJump over the white fence.
9White table with red cupsJumpJump onto or over the white table. This is an easy place to jump late.
10Hole in the fenceSlideSlide through the hole. Do not try to jump it.
11Yellow car across the streetJumpJump onto the yellow car without stumbling.
12Pool / yard / road sectionMostly automaticStay ready, but do not spam inputs.
13School approachKeep runningFewer manual inputs here, but stay focused.
14Picnic table after hopscotchJumpJump the picnic table right after the hopscotch area.
15Stairs / balcony routeMostly automaticThe game carries you up toward the bus section.
16BusesJumpYou still need to jump cleanly between buses.
17Football fieldKeep runningContinue through the football section. Do not relax yet.
18Stairs after footballKeep runningRun up the stairs toward the rooftop.
19Rooftop entryJumpJump onto the rooftop cleanly.
20HVAC unitJump lateThis is the hardest checkpoint. Jump a little later than earlier obstacles.
21Rooftop pipingSlideSlide under the pipe after the HVAC jump.
22Rooftop crossingMostly automaticKeep the rhythm and stay ready for the final slide.
23Warehouse exit holeSlideSlide through the small exit hole.
24Final corner / cutsceneNo inputIf the route was clean, the trophy should unlock as the cutscene begins.

Hardest Checkpoints

White Table With Red Cups

This obstacle appears early enough that it does not feel dangerous, but it can ruin the attempt if you wait too long.

When you see the white table with red cups, commit to the jump before Stacy reaches the table. Do not wait until she is already touching it.

Yellow Car Across the Street

After sliding through the fence hole, the route quickly moves across the street. Be ready to jump onto the yellow car.

The mistake here is thinking the street crossing is cinematic. It is still part of the trophy route.

Buses

The game gets you into the bus section, but you still need to jump between buses.

If you assume the whole bus sequence is automatic, you can stumble and lose the trophy.

Rooftop to HVAC Unit

This is the main run-killer.

After the football field section, you run up the stairs and reach the rooftop sequence. The hardest input is the jump onto the small HVAC unit.

Jump too early and you may clip the edge or fail to land cleanly. Wait a fraction longer than you did for the earlier fence and table jumps, then jump onto the HVAC unit.

What Counts as a Miss?

What happenedShould you retry?
Stacy cleanly jumps over or onto the object.No. Keep going.
Stacy slides smoothly under the obstacle.No. Keep going.
Stacy automatically mantles a scripted fence.No. This is fine.
Stacy stumbles after a jump.Yes. The trophy is likely lost.
Stacy crawls awkwardly instead of sliding cleanly.Yes. The trophy is likely lost.
You hit a wall but there is no clear stumble animation.Keep going, then replay if the trophy does not unlock.
You reach the final cutscene and the trophy does not pop.Replay The Run from chapter select.

When Does Well, Take A Look At You Unlock?

If the route was perfect, Well, Take A Look At You should unlock near the end of The Run, when you round the final corner and the cutscene begins.

It should not require finishing the entire game. If you reach the next chapter and the trophy does not unlock, you probably missed one jump or slide during The Run.

Can You Use Chapter Select?

Yes. This is a good chapter select cleanup trophy.

If you miss a jump or slide, finish the chapter, continue your playthrough, and replay The Run later from chapter select.

This trophy is much safer to clean up than Front to Back, because the failure point is isolated to one short chapter.

What should I do if the trophy does not unlock?

Replay The Run from chapter select. Pay special attention to the yellow car, bus jump, rooftop entry, HVAC jump, and final slide.

Where is The Run in the 100% route?

The Run comes after the Starlight Video section and before Coastal Cruise. For the full route, use the Mixtape Trophy & Achievement Guide, or return to the Mixtape Guide Hub for chapter order.
